Hire Costs:
Mistley Residents (proof of address required) - Hire Cost £12.50 per hour
Non Residents - £14.50 per hour.
We can offer a full range of event, bar and catering services from our event partner - Complete Event.

- Winter surcharge is required in addition to the hourly rate - £1 per hour between the months of 1st October and 1st May Inclusive

- Childrens parties must be minimum of 3 hours booking

- Weddings & Large Parties must be minimum of 5 hours booking

Deposit
A fully refundable deposit of £100 is required for your booking (Deposit refunded after your event subject to inspection of the hall)
Please see Responsibilities of the Hirer for details on how the hall should be left. Fee is required at the time of booking.
In the event your booking is no longer required, 50% of your deposit will be refunded up to 14 days prior to your event. Within 14 days prior to your event if the booking is cancelled your deposit will not be refunded.
